XABCD Marker

Each chart now keeps its own settings, drawings you erase or clear stay gone after a timeframe change, and the Marker no longer gets in the way of NinjaTrader's own drawing tools. The Settings window also has a new look, with the hotkeys laid out as cards.

✦ New Features
  • A new look for the Settings window — the tabs sit in a row along the top, and the search box now covers every tab at once and hides the sections with no match
  • The Hotkeys tab shows each hotkey as a card. Click the key box and press the key you want, or press Delete to clear it. Cards show which keys are free and list any hotkeys that clash
  • Share your settings as text — right-click Save to copy them, and right-click Load to paste settings someone sent you. What you had before is kept as before-import. This needs XABCD Shared 1.7.0.79 or later
⬆ Improvements
  • Copy Diagnostics is no longer filled with repeated Marker lines while you hold a freehand stroke, so the other products' lines stay in the report
  • The Toolbar tab's instructions now match what its rows show: a shown button is marked Visible and edged in purple, and a hidden one is marked Hidden and grayed out
⚠ Bug Fixes
  • Each chart now keeps its own settings. After a NinjaTrader restart or a timeframe change, the sessions you had on, TIME, the sync boxes, colors, and hotkeys all came back as your Save Defaults values. A chart that differs from your defaults is no longer reset to them
  • Drawings you erase, clear, fade, or move now stay that way after a timeframe change. With Cross-Timeframe Sync on, an erased ellipse could come back when the chart changed timeframe, because the drawing was still on the shared list. Clear, the Remove Drawing hotkey, and the eraser now take it off every chart
  • A click on a Marker drawing now goes to the NinjaTrader drawing tool you are placing, so a Fibonacci retracement can be anchored on top of a Marker zone, pen stroke, or shape
  • A click on the filled body of a Marker shape now goes to a NinjaTrader drawing underneath it, such as an XABCD pattern's anchor. A Marker's own handles still take the click
  • A hotkey recorded on a Pen 1 to 5 card is now saved in templates. It was lost by Save Defaults, Restore Default, Load, and every new XT Marker, which went back to Ctrl+Alt+1 to 5
  • A search typed in the Hotkeys tab no longer keeps hiding cards after Load, Restore Default, or Reset has cleared the search box

A big drawing-and-overlay update: new Period boxes (Day / Week / Month / Quarter / Year), a new Labeled Line tool, a per-button "apply to all charts" option for the time and overlay toggles, and smarter per-chart memory for overlays, notes, and trade stamps — plus a toolbar color-picker crash fix.

✦ New Features
  • Period boxes — a new PER button draws high/low boxes for each calendar period — Day, Week, Month, Quarter, and Year — just like the session boxes. Turn each period on or off individually from the PER menu, and set its own fill color, border/line color, and opacity in the Settings window. Options include a Monday or Sunday week start and optional period labels
  • Labeled Line tool — draw a trendline or horizontal level with its own custom text box attached, so you can name a level right on the chart
  • Apply an overlay to all charts — each of the TIME, PDH-PDL, and VWAP toggles now has a per-button "apply to all charts" option, so one press can turn that overlay on across every open chart

  • The TIME, PDH-PDL, and VWAP toggles now remember their on/off state per chart when you switch timeframes, instead of resetting
  • Notes and trade stamps now stay on the chart you drew them on, instead of being forced onto every timeframe of that instrument

Adds Sydney as a full trading session — both a SESS box and continuous Time-pill coverage across the New York close — a "Futures Closed" state on the Session End pill, and per-chart session control that finally sticks.

  • Sydney session box — Sydney joins Asian, London, and New York as a first-class SESS box, with its own fill color, outline color, opacity, and session hours (default ~07:00–16:00 Sydney)
  • Sydney on the Time pill — the clock/countdown pill now tracks Sydney too, so the Session End and Next Session modes give continuous weekday coverage and no longer read "No Session" in the gap between the New York close and the Tokyo open
⬆ Improvements
  • "Futures Closed" state — when the chart's instrument is genuinely closed per its own trading hours (the CME maintenance break, weekends, holidays), the Session End pill reads "Futures Closed" (or "Market Closed" for non-futures) instead of counting down a session the instrument cannot trade. A 24/5 FX chart is never shown closed
  • Per-chart session control — turning the SESS sessions on or off now sticks per chart even with Cross-Timeframe Sync off; a timeframe change no longer reverts your session settings to the saved defaults

A cleaner floating toolbar, finer control over the on-chart time pill size, and a fix for the time pills showing the wrong session.

✦ New Features
  • The on-chart time pill's Size menu now has a - and a + button beneath the size presets, so you can nudge a clock or countdown pill larger or smaller in small steps. It keeps its shape, the text scales with it, and the menu stays open so you can tap it up or down a few times.
⬆ Improvements
  • Removed the Size and Fill Opacity sliders from the floating toolbar for a cleaner layout. Pen width is still adjustable per pen in the color settings, and shape fill opacity in the Drawing Tools settings.
⚠ Bug Fixes
  • Fixed the time pill's Session End, Next Session, and Market Close modes showing the wrong time — including "No Session" while a session was still open. They now use the chart's timezone and your configured session hours, so they always match the session boxes on the chart.
  • Fixed the Previous Day High / Low lines that could land on the wrong day when your computer's timezone differed from the chart's timezone.
