• Is the session actually open, or are you in a maintenance break?
• Are other instruments moving, or is every window stuck?
• Does the Time & Sales window show any prints at all?

If one symbol looks dead but the rest tick along, the problem is usually that single subscription. However, if everything stalls at once, you are likely dealing with a connection issue instead.
